Refund Policy
1. Advance Refund
50% Advance payment will be not refunded in any circumstances. anyhow that will come with 6 month validity. you can use this for your shoot within 6 months or you can give it to your loved ones.
2. Shoot Cancellation
in case of shoot cancellation advance will be not refunded, as said above you can use it within 6 months for any of our products or services.
3. Shoot Postponed
You can postpone your shoot without any charges before 7 days of the shoot. before 72 hours to 7 days postpone will get INR 2000/- charged additionally, you can not postopned the shoot if shoot is within 72 hours, and it will be considered as cancelled shoot, no amount will be refunded or considered for further shoots.
4. Re- Shoot
In case of baby is not cooperating, restless, or due to any technical reason if not possible to do complete the shoot, it can be rescheduled as per available dates and time.
5. Failed to give service
in case of technical issue or unforeseen case shoot can not be completed or scheduled, client can opt in for the refund or reschedule the shoot
6. Arriving Late
in case of client is not arriving on the time, the time will get deducted from actual shoot time, let say shoot duration is 3 hours, if coming late by 1 hour, actually shoot timing will be considered 2 hours only.
After the shoot
1. After shoot
if we are not able to meet our current portfolio shoot quality, you can opt in for refund or reshoot, however earlier shoot images will be deleted and will be considered as a new shoot
2. Editing
we will provide editing as per our recent portfolio, based on other references refund will be not issued
3. Data Lost
We have strong system to store your memories safe in our online and offline galleries, due to any technical issue if data is lost, 100% refund will be issued.
4. Not Liking the pictures
Refund will be not issued for not liking the images, you can always refer our recent photography for particular vertical.
5. Re- Editing
If you are not happy with the editing, you can opt for re-editing referring our recent portfolio
6. Date of Delivery
99% we deliver post-shoot services within the time frame, in case of internal factors gets little delay, we expect your co-operation, refund will be not issued based for late delivery, incase of late delivery you can ask for a complimentary .
